Chef Alex will be debuting this series on the Chef Cardinale's Cooking Show tonight! I owe Christine Kish a shout out for letting me host the series! Come follow me through out my journey as A Culinary Arts Student at Branford Hall Career Institute in Springfield, MA. In this debut episode, I talked about my time taking up Culinary arts at Putnam Vocational High School, tips for anyone interested in going to Culinary school, and my first day and first week at Branford Hall Culinary school.
