On this episode, Chef George Norrell returns to talk Southern Western Cuisine with us. He knows alot about it and will be disscussing everything about it. I know very little about this type of cuisine and am anixous to learn about it. What I do know is the tex-mex cooking style and I will be going over that briefly. Going to be an awesome show. I have my famous Tex-Mex Rice pilaf and Chicken gumbo and shrimp gumbo recipes in store and I am sure Chef George has recipes for us.
