AVERY, the first solo project from chef/owner Rodney Wages (Atelier Crenn, Saison, Benu, The French Laundry).  After running RTB Fillmore — a successful, lean pop-up — for a year, the restaurant is putting down permanent roots by evolving the space and expanding the menu.  AVERY features three different set menus that showcase elegant, imaginative creations and global flavors while on the beverage side it has one of the city’s most notable sake menus with many rare and unusual selections, including a sake-only pairing.
