A native of San Francisco who grew up visiting “Wine Country” with his parents, Adam talks to the host of the Drink Tank, Gibson Thomas, about how he came to be a distiller (after losing his tech job in the economic downturn of 2008, he says he knew his next job needed to be creating something you could touch and feel) and why he chose to make brown spirits, in particular.
