Jack Jones (aka Irwin Thomas) is one of Australia's most beloved guitarists. Whilst his vocal chops brought him to prominence in Southern Sons in the early 1990s his sublime guitar phrasing, touch and tone were always close at hand.

Jack talks us through the making of 'California Dreaming', a new chart topping album with his longtime friend Rick Price. The record - recorded in Rick's Nashville - is an homage to the West Coast songbook and features stellar guitar moments amidst Jack and Rick's vocal collaboration.

Jack also talks about sneaking LA tone tips from Dave Friedman back in the day.
