Would you sell your soul to the Devil for seven wishes to win the hand of the woman you love? That's premise of the romantic comedy Bedazzled. The original (1963) was written by and starred Peter Cook and Dudley Moore alongside Eleanor Bron, and Raquel Welch. Bedazzled's unique blend of big screen storytelling and small screen sketch comedy was directed by Stanley Donen (Blame It On Rio, Singing in the Rain). Writer/Director Harold Ramos would bring the comedy back to screens in a 2000 remake starring Brendan Fraser, Elizabeth Hurley, Francis O'Connor, and Orlando Jones. Will the Devil get his/her due or will Stanley/Elliot get to keep his soul?
