Amy Hart was born and raised in the Chicago Area. She began singing in blues bands in Chicago as a youngster and has opened for Koko Taylor, Junior Wells and James Cotton. She started her own blend of roots and blues in the 80's and started travelling as a solo artist.
Amy lost all her gigs and became homeless after the BP oil rig disaster and ended up in Chicago for a time and then made it to nashville with $40 in her pocket.
Out of all this came her latest release "Congratulations" which actually chronicles her own homelessness, unemployment and ultimate redemption.
We will talk with Amy about her journey and listen to her music.

After three studio albums, the bnad has released Stacy Jones Band Live And Untapped, recorded at the 2011 Untapped Blues and Brews.
