Mark "Muleman" Massey grew up in the cradle of the Delta blues, Clarksdale, Mississippi.
Living there, he heard plenty of blues.  But it took a stretch in Parchman Prison for Mark to discover the blues' deeper meaning.
Since then he has been mentored by the likes of David Kimbrough and Blind Mississippi Morris and his latest release, One Step Ahead Of The Blues shows he has learned his lessons.
Mark and I will discuss his journey.

With more than 20 releases to date and 5 Blues Music Awards, she has proven these statements again and again
Now withAvalon, her tribute to Mississippi John Hurt, Rory looks to turn the blues world upside down again.
Then Marshall Lawrence returns to The Couch with his latest release, House Call, which has already reached #2 on Blues Underground Network's Canadian Blues/Blues Rock Chart.
