The 9th Tall City Blues Fest will be held on July 12 - 13, 2019 in Midland, Texas.  

Tonight I will be joined by Festival Founders; Producer Lisa Grissom and Talent Curator Ronn Reeger who will unveil the line-up for this year's festival.

We will also be speaking with some of the artists including the headliners for each evening of the event.
