SHOW # 269 - Live, Uncut & Uncensored Conversations With "Musicians You Should Know"

All about the women tonight!

Eliza Neals is from Detroit and her new album is Breaking and Entering, a collection of rocking blues numbers.  I'll speak with Eliza and explore her history and the road that led to this new album and music.

Regina Bonelli comes to The Couch from Kool Breeze who suggested I check out the music from this Brooklyn, NY native.  Her debut album is entitled Open Up The Door and the original songs all tell the story of this woman's journey to becoming the "reigning queen of NYC Blues" as she was dubbed by Big City Rhythm & Blues Magazine.

Samantha Martin & Delta Sugar released their full-length album, The Nightingale, back in February and it has caught the attention of many a Blues, Soul and Gospel fan since then.  Out of Canada, Martin's skill on acoustic and resonator guitars are evident throughout and the vocals of Delta Sugar add another level to the band's sound.  I'll speak with Samantha about her life and music.

Couch Kid Deb Ryder returns to talk about her new release Let It Rain.  The album is loaded with stellar musicians contributing to the sound that is unique to this fine vocalist.  All 11 songs are originals and they prove that Deb's skills as a songwriter continue to grow as she does.
