James Baldwin's 1976 picture book, “Little Man, Little Man," follows a 4-year-old boy in Harlem. It tackles mature themes such as poverty, violence, and drug addiction. English professor Nicholas Boggs spent some 15 years working to get it back into print. We speak with him, plus James Baldwin’s niece, who inspired a character in the book.
