Hello and happy Thursday! On today's Pro You Podcast Tom shares some insight from one of his favorite dudes, Thich Nhat Hanh, a buddhist monk that Tom has consistently shared his words of wisdom. Mindful is one of two words (the other thankful) that Tom has said with conviction, helped him heal and become the version of himself he is today. Tom has a list of fifteen different things to do to be mindful in the work place from his boy TNH.   "Take the good. Walk a bit with it. Let it spread around in ya' and feel good.
