This week Abel and Paul are joined by Youtube guru and skateboard enthusiast Ronnie Sarmiento. The boys continue their run of #BrodiesThatBruch at Chef Ed Lee's Succotash in Washington D.C. Another installment of Chef Lee's growing food empire – Succotash offers the best of Southern fare with an accent of Korean flare.

Abel and Paul get to know a little about Ronnie and how he fell into the skate world. They discuss Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2, Paul's lack of health insurance, and the evolution of Skate culture. They also, get some insight into the world of YouTube and creating your own content. Before the food review they discuss the Abel Sabarre theory (or conjecture) of Filipino food's bamboo ceiling, as well as, some of Ronnie's personal favorite Pinoy dishes (0:00-33:00)

FOOD TALK: Abel, Paul, and special guest RoNNie review their Sunday morning Brunch at Succotash. After trying the well priced "Taste of the South" Brunch option – which includes sticky buns, fried green tomatoes, biscuits and gravy, chicken and waffles, and more – they give their Lunchbox rating of this restaurant (34:00-1:11:00).
