My son’s in-laws recently moved to Wyoming from West Virginia. Becky, his mother-in-law, listens to our program in the gym, and she requested “a cowboy show” so this week’s show is dedicated to Rick and Becky in Cody, Wyoming. We'll hear classic cowboy music from Lead Belly, Powder River Jack and Kitty Lee, Jack Guthrie and many more. The program also includes some more contemporary songs, too ... from Dom Flemons, Kathy Johnson, Jim Kweskin, and, of course, Riders in the Sky. Songs in the Cowboy Way … this week on The Sing Out! Radio Magazine.
