Today our topic is Organically Speaking with Dr. Pam Popper who is a naturopath, an internationally recognized expert on nutrition and health, and the Executive Director of The Wellness Forum.We are going to talk about organic foods, including facts about genetically modified foods. Dr. Popper is the author of several books, and she serves on the Physician’s Steering Committee for the Physicians’ Committee for Responsible Medicine. In addition, is part of Dr. T. Colin Campbell’s teaching team at eCornell, teaching part of a certification course on plant-based nutrition.  Dr. Popper has been featured in many widely distributed documentaries, and appears in the new film, Forks Over Knives, about diet and health, which recently opened in major theaters nationwide. Dr. Popper is one of the co-authors of the companion book to the film, which appeared on the New York Times bestseller list.
