The King of Indie Rock, Stephen Malkmus, blindsided us with the news of a full-length electronic record. You won't find swirling instrumentals though, what you get is artfully crafted danceable melody with lyrics. Sounding slightly British, think of early Human League meets Roxy Music circa 1982 on "Viktor Borgia."
