Batten down the hatches and grab a life vest because the music train is headed to Greater Britain to celebrate the music of Nicholas Christian Hopkins, better known as Nicky and sometimes just Edward.

Nicky Hopkins was born in Perivale, Middlesex, England, on the 24th of  February in 1944,  began playing piano at the age of three.He showed a talent for music and earned a scholarship to the Royal Academy of Music in London.

 He suffered from with Crohn’s disease most of his life. and because of his poor health, touring in a band was not an option for Nicky, so he entered the London session scene and soon became the industry's busiest pianist.  He worked with  well over a hundred of artists and appears on over 500 albums.
