Superstar soprano and Indiana, PA native Renee Fleming sings in Pittsburgh, fresh from her Super Bowl performance and the Met. Her recital on Feb. 18 at Carnegie Music Hall will feature some of the "Guilty Pleasures" from her CD of that title, ranging from Mozart & Handel to Rodgers & Hammerstein. In this interview recorded on Valentine's Day (her birthday) she talks about the opera "Bel Canto" based on the novel by her friend Ann Patchett, her PA roots, the Super Bowl, Chicago's Second City, her roles in the next Met Opera season, and more.
