C'est dans un écrin de verdure, au cœur d’une sublime bastide du 18e siècle située à seulement 10 minutes de la croisette, que le chef Bruno Oger émerveille d’un festival de saveurs les papilles de ses clients, qu’ils soient anonymes ou figures reconnues du septième art. Son restaurant doublement étoilé, la Villa Archange, mêle avec subtilité et créativité ses origines bretonnes et sa Méditerranée d’adoption. Cette année pourtant, Bruno Oger, habitué à organiser le dîner de gala d’ouverture d’un festival de Cannes dont l’édition 2020 a été annulée, a dû, comme tous les autres restaurateurs, fermer ses portes pendant trois mois économiquement déterminants. C’est donc heureux, mais prudent que le chef, formé à l’école de Georges Blanc, reprend sa toque et son tablier en espérant que les amoureux de son petit coin de paradis soient au rendez-vous.
