Avouer qu’accrocher à sa liste de collaborations tout à la fois Cartier et Emperor, les domaines Barons de Rothschild et Slipknot n’est pas chose commune. Et pourtant, c’est bien là le tour de force dont peut s’enorgueillir le duo d’illustrateurs Førtifem composé de Jesse Daubertes et Adrien Havet, couple à la ville comme à la palette graphique et qui, depuis 2012 a décidé, avec le succès qu’on lui connaît, d’unir ses talents. De la gravure du XVIII e/XIX e siècle à la littérature fantastique de Lovecraft, de la série B à l’imagerie des groupes de métal, en passant par Jérôme Bosch, Gustave Doré ou H.R. Giger, le binôme a su puiser son inspiration dans des univers multiples pour accoucher d’un style unique et reconnaissable entre tous. Allez, posez vos crayons !
