C’est devenu une question de santé publique en France. Les seniors font du sport. Depuis quelques années, les coachs spécialisés sont arrivés. Les activités dédiées aux personnes âgées se sont multipliées. Les seniors ont même leur fédération sportive : La FFRS, Fédération française de retraite sportive. C’est avec l’un de ses médecins que nous nous entretenons dans cet épisode d’Atouts sport. Le docteur Claude Pomard nous donne les clés d’une bonne pratique sportive quand on a passé un certain âge.
