Katie Hunt is the Founder of Tradeshow Camp, a company that provides education and support to women who run product-based businesses. She started it in 2011 because she herself ran a product-based business and was getting so many people asking her questions about her experience growing it. So, she began by offering her first online product: a $25 Teleconference where she simply answered all the questions she was being asked.
Fast forward, Katie’s business model consists of Live Conferences (40% of her revenue), online eCourses (50% of her revenue) and private business coaching (10% of her revenue). She is a phenomenal example of knowing WHO you serve and creating OFFERINGS that are directly in line with offering the solutions your community is searching for!
While I had expected at the beginning of this interview that we would be diving heavy into her courses, the conversation turns into a gorgeous back and forth about how she and her company have evolved and how her offerings have evolved along with those changes!
