Des astrophysiciens chinois, américains, allemands et australiens viennent de mettre en évidence pour la première fois l'existence d'un alignement à 3D quasi parfait entre le vecteur vitesse d'un pulsar et son axe de rotation. Jusqu'à présent, une telle corrélation entre vitesse et axe de rotation avait été entrevue, mais seulement à 2 dimensions. Une étude parue dans Nature Astronomy.
