Chef Matt West will be returning on air to talk to us about breads. The last time Matt West was here was back in Febuary for our Italian cooking show. Now he will be here to talk Bread with us. Chef West will have a lot to talk about and he even has recipes to share with us. I will have some good recipes for us, including dinner rolls. Be sure to listen in and take notes.
