Impact du COVID-19 sur la consommation

La chaire Retailing 4.0 Bearing Point – ESCP accueillait en novembre 2021 les membres du Cercle de L’ObSoCo pour qu’ils croisent leurs regards d’universitaires sur l’impact du Covid-19 sur la consommation. La crise sanitaire et les épisodes de confinements ont impacté des modes de vie et un modèle de consommation déjà affectés par les mutations économiques, technologiques et sociétales. Que restera-t-il de cet évènement sans précédent dans la société en général et dans la sphère de la consommation en particulier ? La crise va-t-elle générer des transformations en profondeur ou assistons-nous à une série de déformations dont les effets sont appelés à s’estomper devant le retour du « monde d’avant » ? Ce colloque a pour objectif d’interroger cette question de la transformation ou de la déformation par le croisement des regards disciplinaires.
