In the 1980s, The Maze Prison in Northern Ireland was considered to be the more secure prison in Europe. A prison, within a prison inside an army base, it was considered to be 'escape proof'. Imprisoned members of the IRA saw it as their duty to escape, and in 1983 they put an audacious plan into action. But would they be able to pull it off?
