Stevie meets Oscar Farinetti, founder of Eataly, in a special location the former Specialised Refrigeration, La Rotonda. In this exceptional example of an industrial building on the 5 October Eataly will open and for this occasion Stevie talks with Oscar Farinetti about his experiences, passion for writing, biodiversity, and above all, the numbers!

Oscar Farinetti is an Italian entrepreneur and writer. In 2004 he founded the high-end Italian supermarket Eataly. The New York Times has described it as a “megastore” that “combines elements of a bustling European open market, a Whole-Foods-style supermarket, a high-end food court and a New Age learning center.” The company is based in Monticello d’Alba, Cuneo, Italy and currently controls 42 stores in 17 different countries. On 5 October Eataly Verona will open in an exclusive location and it will be a place to eat, buy and learn about the best and local Italian food and wine.
