Joan is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area in California and now lives in Spain just south of Barcelona near the Priorat área. She is a mother of 3 and her husband is from Barcelona. She has a dual Masters MBA / MIM (Masters in Business Administration and Masters in International Management) and specializes in Marketing and Corporate Event Management. She is a Certified Sommelier, WSET 4 Diploma graduate and Weinakademiker. She is an Italian Wine Ambassador and a Climate Change activist.

Guest Bio - Elisabetta Foradori

Established in 1901, the estate is located in Mezzolombardo (Trento) in the heart of Campo Rotaliano. The long-standing commitment of Emilio, Theo, Myrtha and Elisabetta is to valorize the ancient local variety Teroldego. Aside from wine our focus is also in cultivating vegetables and breeding Tyrolean Grey cattle for cheese production. We work with biodynamic agriculture since 2002.
