Raffaele Boscaini belongs to a family that has been producing wines Venezian wines for seven generations. With his father Sandro Boscaini, the founder and president of Masi Agricola, a leading producer of Amarone based in Valpolicella Classica, he shares a love for the land of the Veneto, its wines and a technical and knowledgeable approach to wine production.
After a path within Masi, which saw him hold the technical and administrative roles of increasing responsibility, Raffaele currently deals in particular with marketing aspects and for years has been the General Coordinator of the Technical Group, a team of experts in various disciplines, from oenology to agronomy and marketing, to whom the technical advances and high quality of the winery's wines are owed.
Together with his father and sister Alessandra, he is brand ambassador around the world, particularly in the markets of North and South America and Europe.
He has also been called upon to speak several times as an expert in enology at the annual conference of the "Society of Wine Educators."

Marc Millon, VIA Italian Wine Ambassador 2021, has been travelling, eating, drinking, learning and writing about wine, food and travel for nearly 40 years. Born in Mexico, with a mother from Hawaii via Korea and an anthropologist father from New York via Paris, he was weaned on exotic and delicious foods. Marc and his photographer wife Kim are the authors of 14 books including a pioneering series of illustrated wine-food-travel books: The Wine Roads of Europe, The Wine Roads of France, The Wine Roads of Italy (Premio Barbi Colombini), and The Wine Roads of Spain. Other titles include The Wine and Food of Europe, The Food Lovers’ Companion Italy, The Food Lovers’ Companion France, Wine, a global history.
