Genesis Adrian is a food & wine industry HR professional and culinary entrepreneur with a passion for food and connection, and nearly a decade of experience recruiting, developing, and supporting talent in the food and beverage industry. From sourcing culinary professionals to leading HR strategies, her career has focused on empowering diverse talent across the food and wine sectors. Alongside her career, she co-founded Golden Brown Delicious (GBD) with Chef Priya Singh—a culinary platform centred on food, wine, and culture. “As women of colour, we aim to disrupt misconceptions in the fine dining world, making the culinary space more inclusive and accessible”. GBD explores the joys of food, wine, and lifestyle while building bridges through shared culinary experiences. Having worked at the intersection of people, food, and wine, she is committed to fostering cultures where diverse voices thrive.

George Michael Grima is more often than not thinking or speaking about food, discovering new cuisines, experimenting with recipes or thinking of new wine pairings. He is originally from Malta and found himself in Verona as a Master's student at Bologna Business School currently taking on an internship at the Italian Wine Podcast. While he is still starting out in the Italian wine industry, he is very passionate about food, especially traditional Mediterranean and Maltese dishes. Over his past year studying and living in Bologna, and now Verona, he has been delving deeper in the Italian food and wine scene, and also discovering its common ties with Maltese food!
