Michael Desideri has been working in the beverage alcohol industry for over 10 years and is the CEO/founder of SJN Solutions in New York He created his consulting firm after seeing the struggle many new-to-the-U.S. brands were having understanding price structures in the 3 tier system and how to better manage finances. He created his firm to be the white-glove service team in between the importer and/or distributor and their accounting firm to put together all of their company’s business information to make proper decisions for their company.
