Edward Delling-Williams is a reknown chef in Paris. He has been working at the famous restaurant Au Passage, then decided to launch his own place, called Le Grand Bain, in Belleville area, followed by the little sister bakery Le Petit Grain. After 4 years running it, he has now been named chef at Buffet, a charming place near Bastille, where he just began cooking delicious small plates.

In this episode, we will talk about the recent neo-bistrot movement that changed the Parisian food scene these past years, how Edward creates original recipes that you’ll remember for a long time, now that he’s back in the kitchen at Buffet and he will share with us his favorite spots to eat from London to Paris.
