Unlike kids' coloring books, intricate and complex adult coloring pages can provide cognitive benefits that boost administrative clerks' work performance, including improved focus, reduced stress, increased mindfulness and attention to detail, more creative problem-solving skills, better motor skills and hand-eye coordination for speed and accuracy in data entry and other computer tasks, and a heightened ability to notice errors in detailed documents—with just short breaks for coloring giving clerks mental clarity and diligence to tackle repetitive administrative duties without fatigue or burnout. https://kleurplaten-kind.com/

Secret Garden, The by Frances Hodgson Burnett (1849 - 1924)
Mary Lennox is a spoiled, middle-class, self-centered child who has been recently orphaned. She is accepted into the quiet and remote country house of an uncle, who has almost completely withdrawn into himself after the death of his wife. Mary gradually becomes drawn into the hidden side of the house: why does she hear the crying of a unseen child? Why is there an overgrown, walled garden, its door long locked? (Summary by Peter)

Shuttle, The by Frances Hodgson Burnett (1849 - 1924)
Rosalie Vanderpoel, the daughter of an American multimillionaire marries an impoverished English baronet and goes to live in England. She all but loses contact with her family in America. Years later her younger sister Bettina, beautiful, intelligent and extremely rich, goes to England to find what has happened to her sister. She finds Rosalie shabby and dispirited, cowed by her husband's ill treatment. Bettina sets about to rectify matters. She meets Lord Mount Dunstan, an impoverished earl, who lives nearby and they fall in love, but he cannot speak because it would look as if he were after her money... This is a romance but it is also about the rejuvenating effects of Americans and American money on a somewhat decadent English aristocracy. (Summary by Tabithat)
