Prime members will be limited to shuffle play mode on Amazon Music, which is based on artist, album, or playlist. Previously, the 2 million songs could be streamed on-demand. Amazon stated that Prime members will be able listen to songs offline via "All Access" playlists. These playlists are customized based on listening preferences.
Customers will have to pay an additional $9.99/month for Amazon Music Unlimited. Prime members can get it for $8.99/month. Unlimited also offers songs in HD, as well as a growing list of tracks in Ultra HD audio or spatial audio.
