Aleksander a été directeur de recherche au CNRS et a travaillé sur la mucoviscidose pendant des années. Il aurait pu nous en parler pendant des heures mais ce n’est pas le seul sujet qui l’anime. En plus de la science, il a toujours aimé avoir une caméra dans la main. Partageant sa vie avec une artiste, il a décidé, sur le tard, d’exprimer lui aussi sa créativité en réalisant des films fictions et documentaires. Habitué à travailler en groupe, Aleksander s’est entouré d’une véritable équipe d’amis cinéphile composée, entre autres, d’Anne Agranat et de Dominique Pauvros. Dans cet épisode, il nous partage comment il réalise ses films et comment l’influence de son histoire familiale le pousse à travailler sur la transmission de la mémoire de la Shoah.

Aleksander was a research director at the CNRS and worked on cystic fibrosis for many years. He could have talked about it for hours, but it's not the only subject that drives him. As well as science, he has always loved having a camera in his hand. Sharing his life with an artist, he decided late in life to express his creativity by making fiction and documentary films. Used to working in groups, Aleksander has surrounded himself with a veritable team of film-loving friends, including Anne Agranat and Dominique Pauvros. In this episode, he shares with us how he makes his films and how the influence of his family history leads him to work on the transmission of the memory of the Shoah.
