As a member of Weapon, Jeff Summers wrote a NWOBHM classic called "Set the Stage Alight" that influenced, among others, Metallica. He later joined the bands Wildfire with original Iron Maiden frontman Paul Mario Day and Statetrooper with former MSG vocalist Gary Barden.
