Basically, the construction fee will be divided into 2 parts:

The rough part includes: Ceiling, floor, wall, partition, glass door... depending on the status of the investor's premises.

The interior and exterior parts include: signs, cabinets, shelves, hanging poles, lighting systems, curtains, sofas and other decorative accessories... depending on 2D and 3D design drawings.

In case, the customer has a design drawing, Pendecor will conduct a field survey and quote based on the construction fee (including: materials, labor, supervision,...).

For customers without drawings, Pendecor supports the design that best suits the requirements and wishes of the customer and applies the price of 250,000 VND/m2.
