Original KISS guitarist Ace Frehley has some hilarious stories about his days on the road with KISS, and drinking with everyone from the New York Yankees to actor Nick Nolte. He remembers roadie’ing for Jimi Hendrix, and what he originally thought at the time about Gene Simmons’ new band discovery, Daddy Longlegs (aka Van Halen). Trixter guitarist Steve Brown, who produced, engineered and co-wrote Ace’s new solo album, “10,000 Volts,” also joins to talk about the making of the record, and what it was like to work with one of his childhood heroes! Plus, Ace talks about his relationship with Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley, the 1996 KISS reunion tour, and how he feels about not being included in KISS’ final live show.
