Bill Birnes has a PhD on serial killer psychology, and co-authored the book, “The Riverman,” which tells the story of serial killer Ted Bundy’s involvement in the apprehension of Green River Killer Gary Ridgway. He takes us inside the mind of some of the most notorious killers in history, including Bundy, Jeffrey Dahmer, and Black Dahlia killer George Hodel. He offers some insight into how their minds work, what motivates them, how they managed to evade law enforcement, and what ultimately brought many of them down. Bill also talks about some of the most infamous female serial killers, and explains why serial killings have been on decline in the last decade, and what’s replaced them.
