Mercedes Mone (formerly Sasha Banks in WWE) broke the internet when she signed with Stardom, the all-women’s wrestling company in Japan! But Stardom was already a hot promotion before Mercedes signed. They were recently purchased by Bushiroad, which also owns New Japan Pro Wrestling, and have already amassed quite a storied history for their relatively 10 short years as a company.
