February 1925. A prominent and wealthy explorer, Mr. Arthur Cornthwaite, has suddenly disappeared. The other residents of the small community of Gamwell believe he's gone adventuring again, but Cornthwaite's attorneys want proof. Enter our Bostonian investigators, fresh from the city to determine what exactly has happened to the old man.
