Experience: For some years now Susanne Aebischer supports organizations to evolve towards an agile mind-set with self-organization practices in a systemic, iterative approach. Applying tools from Sociocracy, Holacracy and New Work.
Since 1999 she has been working in training and continuous education in the airline industry and the public transportation sector.
She spent years at International Air Lines Ltd as the Head of the Department of Training and Manager of People Development. Now she decided to become an independent professional starting her own business.
Susanne has a vast exper organizational development, continuous improvement "Kaizen", innovation processes, team-, leadership- and personality development, outdoor sales, and soft skills training in a multicultural environment. Furthermore, she has led international projects in the airline industry, management change, and continuous improvement.
