WQED-FM's Anna Singer spoke to some members of the Kassia Ensemble, who present a concert titled "To Kassia, with Love" at Shadyside Presbyterian Church on Saturday May 13th at 3pm. The Kassia Ensemble presents a concert of music written by five vibrant and living women composers. The program includes three commissions dedicated to this group of dynamic musicians by celebrated composers Judith Shatin, Osnat Netzer, and Pittsburgh’s own Nancy Galbraith.
