A la fin du marché de Bellevue, ce sont 3 tonnes de produits invendus qui partent potentiellement à la poubelle. L'association environnements solidaires a décidé de mettre fin à ce gâchis incroyable en redistribuant les denrées comestible et en recyclant le reste pour en faire du composte.
