KYW Newsradio’s Hadas Kuznits chats with associate publisher Marie Edwards about the impact the past year has had on the industry... and how some restaurant groups have actually expanded during the COVID-19 pandemic; but it hasn’t been easy, and she says restaurant week promotions can help.
