This weekend’s annual James Beard Taste America event is a fundraiser for independent restaurants that have been impacted by COVID-19. It’s also an opportunity to raise awareness about the dangers and struggles that still exist in the industry through the pandemic. KYW Newsradio’s Hadas Kuznits chats with Philadelphia Taste America chef Andrew Henshaw of Laser Wolf about how this year’s event is unique and COVID-19 safe. He also talks about the menu he has created for the event and how he’s showcasing Israeli cuisine.
