We're Alive

Wayland Productions Inc
The survival continues… with “We're Alive: Descendants”
Listen to the entire epic series, which follows Survivors in Los Angeles after the world has been turned upside down.  It begins with “A Story of Survival” which spans from Chapters 1-48. Our survivors band together, fortify a safe haven known as the Tower, and discover that the Infected are far from the biggest threat they will have to face. The adventure continues with two mini-series: “Lockdown” - A small group of inmates and prison guards are trapped in the T-block at Twin Towers Jail. They are forced to work together and find a way to escape while the rest of the world ends around them. “Goldrush” - Set 17 years after the main events of “A Story of Survival”, this is a recollection story that describes the efforts of the four Soldiers as they attempt a side mission to retrieve a suspected stash of gold bullion. Our newest season is “We’re Alive: Descendants”: The story of survival continues; the fight is not over. 18 years after the Outbreak, the world is starting to re-organize and rebuild, but many different forms of humanity are still struggling to survive in the aftermath. Nicholas Tink grew up in the shadow of his father- the late, great, Saul Tink. Little does he know that deep in the places where infected dwell, another descendant lies waiting.  Hosted on Acast. Ingredipedia

Ben Birchall & Emily Naismith
Weird and interesting food stories and facts.
Ingredipedia is a food fight podcast, but instead of burgers and pies, your hosts sling weird and interesting food stories.  Each episode, Emily Naismith (frankie magazine, Broadsheet) and Ben Birchall (3RRR FM’s Breakfasters, Smith Journal) choose an ingredient (say, maple syrup or tofu) and battle it out over three rounds to see whose facts reign supreme. There are personal stories, extremely unscientific experiments, kitchen failures, rare triumphs and a whole lot of strange facts from the depths of the internet (an uncanny amount related to The Civil War).  This is a podcast for anyone who loves eating food hosted by two friends who also love eating food. Oh and you get to vote who wins each episode on Instagram, so come and sit with us and pick your favourite (but don’t tell us to our face because we have fragile egos… or at least one of us does). Our catchy theme music is by Jarrad Brown of Eagle & The Worm.  Our beautiful, almost-edible logo by the talented Jess Ramsey.  Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

The story of what makes great albums classic!
My Classic Album' is a podcast about the most acclaimed and loved albums of all time! There are many great albums out there but there's an extra special ingredient that makes an album a classic album. Join Mike Norris as he dedicates each episode to one classic album and looks at the history of the album and its impact in the years following its release. 'My Classic Album' celebrates albums from the 1960's right through to the new millennium from musicians as timeless as The Beatles and Bob Dylan, bands who rock as hard as Led Zeppelin and KISS, as well as contemporary performers such as Arctic Monkeys and Radiohead. 'My Classic Album' has been extremely lucky to play host to incredible singers and musicians including Nathan Stephens-Griffin (Martha, ONSIND), Grammy Award winner Bruce Carroll, guitar virtuoso Adrian Nation (Sky Arts' Guitar Star) and rock singer and guitarist Beth Blade (Beth Blade and the Beautiful Disasters). All have chosen their classic album for the show along with future guests including Rob Wylde (Tigertailz) and blues singer Big Boy Bloater (Imelda May, Big Boy Bloater & The Limits) Whether it's an album you personally can't stop playing or one you've never actually heard, 'My Classic Album' is the perfect companion to some of the greatest albums in history!
