L’émission suit l'actualité musicale et diffuse en majorité des nouveautés. L'originalité vient aussi de la diversité des styles proposés dans une seule et même émission (la seule du genre dans le périmètre radio dans la région), ces styles étant généralement bien cloisonnés dans des émissions très spécifiques.
