Vayamos al encuentro de la gente que canta y baila la milonga, el chamamé, la zamba, la cueca, la chacarera, el malambo, el carnavalito, el taquirari, el caporal, la morenada, la diablada, la manirena, la zamacueca, y muchos otros universos de canto, música y danza que crecen en esta tierra de pampas, serranías, quebrada y punas, exactamente de la misma manera que lo hacen también el maíz, la palta, la papa, el mate, la ayahuasca y San Pedrito. El folklore es el largo trabajo de siglos de una humanidad que vive en contacto con su entorno, hecho de seres vivos y de antepasados muertos, de piedras coloridas y de plantas generosas, quen digiere este entorno y lo elabora en espiritualidad, canto, música y danza.

Le 19 octobre du 2017 l'Argentine a lancé un appel à la grève de femmes, pour dénoncer le féminicide de Lucía Pérez. La jeune femme de 16 ans a été violée par plusieurs hommes et empalée à mort. La grève du 19 octobre a été la première grève de femmes dans l’histoire de l’Argentine et de l’Amérique Latine. L’appel consistait à arrêter le travail pendant une heure, dans tous les espaces possibles : au travail, à l’école, au lycée, à l’université, à la maison, dans le quartier, etc. La manifestation qui s’en est suivie a été réellement énorme : plus de 250 000 personnes à Buenos Aires, et de nombreuses autres manifestations dans tous les pays
