Tunes, talk, tunes
I decided to change the scope of my podcast and I'm now having conversations with people, some well-known and some not so well-known. A conversation has to be interesting to grab my attention and hopefully this is the same for the listener. We are currently living in the age of a worldwide pandemic, the first in our lifetime. While I do focus on this subject, I hope to speak to people who have a compelling story to tell with the pandemic as a backdrop, but not as a focus.

Unbreak My Chart
Unbreak My Chart
The podcast that tapes the Top 10 and talks about it at school the next day, hosted by Fraser McAlpine and Laura Snapes. Email us! unbreakmychartpod@gmail.com Tweet us! csi_popmusic (https://twitter.com/csi_popmusic) + laurasnapes (https://twitter.com/laurasnapes) Nice stuff that smart people have said about UMC: "As pop critics, Snapes and McAlpine have plenty of background information and anecdotes to augment their rundown of the week’s chart. If only all playground debates about music had been so well informed." -- Caroline Crampton, The New Statesman (http://www.newstatesman.com/culture/podcasts/2017/04/how-podcasts-are-reviving-excitement-listening-pop-charts) "While the charts have become both confused and sidelined in recent years, they’re still an invaluable insight into the machinations of the music industry, something this pod proves in gratifyingly informed style." -- The Guardian Guide (https://www.theguardian.com/culture/2017/apr/07/the-10-best-things-to-do-this-week-syd-russell-brand-and-i-am-not-your-negro)

Good Music and so Much More...
The Ecclectricty of Pacific Street Blues and Americana weaves together a divergent mix of old and new blues against a texture of Americana roots and the rock bands you either grew up with...or wish you had. Pacific St. Blues and Americana is a highly knowledgeable, Omaha centric, radio show for those that hold a lust in their hearts to hear new music that is anchored in the love and lore from the blues to those halcyon music daze gone-by. In 2010 PSB&A received a prestigious Keeping the Blues Alive award and has, over it's 29 years of radio broadcasting, culled an extensive international and domestic audience. ...If you like your blues straight-up, this may or may not work for you...and that's okay. Its only music. Stay in touch at www.facebook.com/PSBlues.
